Hi Andrea,

I saw in your blog a mention of fermented almond butter. I love almond butter. Do you buy the fermented almond butter or make it yourself? Also triple berry snacks, sounds great. I love your recipes.

Thanks

Hi Sarah!
I always stir in about 1/4 cup of whey for every 2 cups of almond butter and leave it overnight. I do this since most almond butter is not made from soaked almonds which helps neutralize some of the phytic acid. The goal is to make it a bit more digestible. It's certainly not necessary.
